Hi,

Just shove over his 3bet. He likely has an overpair or something like AhKh, and will probably felt those, since he can put your on a lot of semibluffs in that spot. I very much doubt he's totally bluffing, so since he committed himself i don't really see a point in flatting his 3bet. Don't be shy and get it in right on the flop. If he has you beat on that flop, it's a cooler.
