Read less I would call villain down on the turn and river with the over pair, but it's close against a unknown.

You do not beat any of V's value range OTR which is 99+,T9s IMO. (I don't think they would play ATs,KTs,QTs like this)
That leaves you with a bluff catcher. V can play their busted flush draws like this OTR IMO. So it is a marginal call that you should probably do with some frequency.
Not sure if the fact that V doesn't have a full stack and donks the flop is an indicator for calling or folding. Without reads I would tend to fold.
Without any reads, I think I am folding on the turn. Villain seemed passive pre, so his limping range might include AA KK QQ. You beat Tx with FD on the river.
Villain can limp also 22 or 55 and can hit set. For me is turn fold or shove I guess, based on read. If no information, It is fold.

so just fold on the turn. I guess as many weaker players do, villain trapped KK+ with his limp...
I am most likely shoving turn…. The lead on the flop to me, means he made a pair of 9’s.
Don’t think he would lead set.
Once villain calls your raise on flop which I like and leads again turn, I am leaning toward him with a pair of 9’s and or FD with Ad. But he is playing it overly aggro from OOP. This this reason I am shoving…. He can hold all the sets and he can have really only 1 - 2 pair combo of 9,10…. So my shove would delete his possible of bluffing river with a diamond as well as a 876 are all scary cards for us.
I am leaning him not having set cause of his donk bet…. It just seems weird to do this given he is caller and OOP…

What he was been limping call 87, 55, 22 ... looks like low pair set. Flop and the rest board is on his limp-calling range. River FOLD.
If he will be maniak he will rise preflop.
I am folding turn without monster in my hand. Maybe weak play, but I don't see many occasions that we win on showdown. Even if we win half times these situations, they are not that often and it takes long time to see if calling is +EV play or not. It's easyer to keep things simple in microlimits.
