I do not have the option Paysafecard in the GG Poker cashier. It says it's because of maintenance, and the support said the same, but that seems extremely odd, given that it's been two weeks or so. Thus my questions: Does anyone else have this problem and @ GGPokerCasey: Can you tell me anything else than that it's maintenance?

There are a few things you might try (you may have tried these already, but I'll list 'em anyway) :
 in the window where the tickets should be listed, click the "refresh" button
 log off then log back in — easiest is to just close the program. If this doesn't work, close the program again, then use task manager to be sure it is really closed

If neither of those methods worked, then it is possible that the freebies aren't available in your country.

GG has a very fast blind structure for absolute most of its low stakes tournaments.
After max 1h the average stack is all in or fold.

Everything is great there, but this very important point made me quit GGpoker.

With these kind of structures a minimum of 1000buy ins is needed.

Hopefully it will change some day.

Hi! I just started playing on GG poker and I'm having some troubles with the software. In general it seems very laggy and responds slowly to clicks (e.g. it takes somewhere between 0.5 to 1 second before clicks are registered and entering numbers as bet sizes is very slow as well). I'm currently playing on a MacBook Air with an M1 chip. Is the software optimised for this setup? Or anything I can do to make the software more snappy?

Currently multi-tabling is near to impossible.

That doesn't matter.
What matters is that Dan Bilzerian and Daniel Negreanu are still on their team.
My point is you should strongly consider changing your name to Dan (if it's not).
I already filed my documents. Had to change my residency anyway in order to be able to play $2 tournaments.

Joking aside, just send them an email or see if they have a live chat. Nobody that can help is reading this thread anyway.

Even for the unregulated state some years ago GG didnt care back in the days:profit:

They answered me.. every German can play there, but they are offline atm because they are undergoing monthly maintenance. Because of that their software and obvious their registration system is offline. Thanks for your reply, anyway!

I opened my GGPoker Client, and saw that there was a message

Among other things, it appears that GGPoker has done away with its horrid "insurance" and replaced it with a rather attractive EV Cashout. Note no fee. Also note that the player who is behind does not get the option to cash out.

How It Works
Players with 60% or higher pot equity after all live player’s have revealed their hole cards will be offered an EV Cashout.
 If the player accepts the EV Cashout offer, the Cashout will be paid to the player regardless of the result of the hand, and the player will forfeit the pot.
 If the player declines the EV Cashout offer, they will continue to player for the pot.
 EV Cashout is offered only after the flop cards have been dealt.

Calculating the EV Cashout
EV Cashout is calculated as follows.
 Cashout = (Pot size - rake - jackpot fee) x Equity
 No extra fee is charged on EV Cashout.
