does anyone know why pokerstars can deny the bankroll ?
Im choosing full tilt now but kinda sad because i read pokerstars is a little bit better.

Hello martinoj,

Most common reason out of which PokerStars denies starting capital is the existence of previous accounts since even previous playmoney accounts will make you ineligible for receiving the starting capital.

If a deposit you are trying to make is declined or refused, a pop up box will appear. Simply enter your phone number and a time when it’s convenient for us to contact you. We will then call you to help get your deposit approved. If you don’t get a pop up, simply email dad@pokerstars.com, with ‘Phone Request’ in the subject line, and a time when we can call you.

Please note that DAD is only available in English and Spanish languages.
