PLO50 AQQ6ss call or raise on 4way flop?

i hate spots like this, cannot give any solid advice but have seen people do this on my low stakes with weaker holding, top pair + some blockers or so. Like AKTT / KTT9 // TT8h7h
I would most likely send it in here, but just now thinking about it could be quite close.
So maybe a call is actually fine here, not just for value reasons but also because your equity to hit big could be blocked hard and it don't matter much if others come along, if you don't improve on turn you could maybe still give up depending how the action goes and if you realize some extra equity on the turn the pot got bigger by just calling without immediatley risking the whole stack? As on the flop in most cases you are behind, not just vs QT?
Also you could get one of the other players behind to send it in after you called and you will get a great price to just play your fd.
My own thoughts sound a bit fishy to me, but i am really often confused here and this feels indeed a bit tough 4way.

When someone leads big in 4way pot, it should indicate strength. Could be QT, could be set, could be KJ+draw. Whatever it is, usually FE is a bit low. And in general, our bluff frequency in 4way pots should be really low.

Calling is an option, as you have nfd+gutshot. If you get one more caller, you don't even really need implied odds. And if someone raises, you should be happy to get it in 3way+.
