So we are 200bb deep which means I would not squeeze all sort of AAxx but I think with nut suit and side card connectivity its fine. Flop I decided to check as even nut fd might be reluctant to continue versus cbet and we would really like someone to happen hit boat. Though I suppose we can argue to cbet whole range even versus two with max 1/3 sizing. Turn is pretty nice with K potentially giving KK boat and completing flush. SB lead half pot and I call. River I felt like 50-75% pot would be fine? Targeting nut flush or boats to call.

Go small to get at least something. :)

After you 3bet, it's really hard to get any value when AAx flop comes and no one can have an Ace. Once you check, it's still 3way and usually no one starts to bluff there, at least for 2 streets or big sizing.

I would go 1/3 on the flop, check turn and bet river. As played I think opponent often has nut flush or KK, so you should get something from him on the river.

i think any option seems fine here, i'd pot or 1/3 most likely, 50% seems good too. Pot i like since it feels like many would preceive it as a potential bluff-ish hand (Ax that didnt make a boat for example and just riverd the straight or blank trips type of thing).
I see myself quite often in this spot wondering about the correct sizing, 1/3 seems to be the safest bet but i have seen some crazy calls againt potsizings, where i'd suspect some of them would have folded to anything smaller. The polarizing effect of going pot here feels strong to me. KK will call most sizings i guess, flushes are the bigger questionmark.
Without any read i'd say kyyberi's small bet should be the safest to get value, but having some history, idealy guy has seen you bluff something recently pot could be nice too
To bet 1/3 on the flop i don't like, you have the nuts and thats not going to change so to give the the chance to bluff / catch something i am almost certain is the way to go. even 1/3 on this flop will get folds way to often. After all you are the guy that fired the 3bet and therfor most likely to hold an A(AA), even the FDs may suspect to be drawing dead on the flop, especially if not drawing to the nut fd. Also we know they can't be holding an Ace here and the high pairs KK/QQ/JJ will fold alot if not holding a fd too. So i think your line here is great but the river sizing is a tough one indeed

IF he bets bigger (50%+) on the flop it's REALLY hard to get calls as it looks a lot like an Ace and no one can have it. Flush draws are easy to fold on that bet. But if the bet is 1/3, it shoud look like it contains bluffs too. Hard to fold a high flush draw or KK.

Flopping high quads is often a situation where we get max 2 streets of value, and at least one street is really small bet. Often it's limited to one small bet.

Ah, I read it hastly, thought the sizing discussion was for the flop, not river.

I would bet flop always as a standard, as it's maximizes the value. For 1/3 sizing most players in the pool will call with flush draw, and most will call with high pocket pair. Those are the only hands we would get value from, even if we check (maybe check gives opponent backdoor straight, but that happens so rarely that shouldn't be our main focus). But if we bet and then they hit flush or boat, we have a chance to get 3 streets of value which would be really good for quads.

On the river our opponents range should be heavily weighted towards flushes, so our sizing should target that part of his range. If we bet too big, it might scare flush away.
