Quite correct, but I don't like checking behind on the turn either.
I like the flop bet, and the sizing looks about OK.
The alternative would be to check behind.
Re-raising the turn all-in seems like overplaying TPTK a bit — but I'll defer to the experts on this one.

Any stats on this guy?

Than you have decent info on the villain I think. Especially on his/her pre-flop stats.

It's at least villain depended how I would play the turn. Checking behind is decent and if you Cbet I would make it around half pot and fold to a raise or shove.

Also you don't beat any value.
Are worse hands going to call if you bet OTT?

PF I d prefer call - you re facing UTG openraise range, which you can expect to be very tight. And your 3bet is very strong, so you hardly keep weaker hands in
Flop - as played, expecting something like JJ+ AK I d prefer check/call, executing your equity
Turn - check again, trying to execute your equity and potcontrol. I dont think you have any valuebet here.
You just force KK QQ to fold and AA JJ to reraise
If he raised with AA JJ AK, you have like 43% equity and 38% pot odds, which is close and the best case with overplayed AK from the villain side.

Turn is a check. You have a decent hand, can easily call a bet on the river and have outs. Betting here opens you up to a raise which is obviously a call but still not a great spot. You can't go for 3 streets with AK here so check the turn.
