Against a unknown river shove of villain is interesting. We don't know the buy-in and how many buy-ins you can win, but tough to fold 2 pair. Villain could have a 1 pair hand here.

This is a 1$ Spin. I do not remember which prizepool this was.

Do you really think he will shove/overbet Jx? Sure a few player will maybe do that crazy move, but I think mostly people will shove on the river with 2 pair, flushes and maybe sometimes good bluffing hands like QTo, T8o, 78o with one diamond or really rarely I think there will be some crazy moves with 1 pair or complete air and no blockers.

It's possible in a $1 spin, but without reads on the villain in this hand it's tough to say if villian shoving top pair or weaker as well. That makes this a tough spot. I don't think it's bad to fold, but it's 1 of the better hands in your range as well.

I don't like your bet on the flop. I'd rather keep the pot small with your hand. When you bet and then turn goes check-check, all the missed FDs and SDs can just bluff you out of the pot on the river. As for the river, the villain's repping a flush. In my experience people don't normally overbet bluff, so I think I like your fold.

This is why overbet bluffs often work.
If you're wrong it is another $1 down the drain of course.

This hand needs to be checked down, though — two pair is a decent hand OTR I can't tell whether I would call or not.
I would likely fold, but only because I have a tendency to call rivers with the worst of it, and since I recognize that I fold too many

I’m not sure about the flop bet here but I like that you can justify it. Would you do the same on a dry board when you have 3rd pair?

I would probably only bet the flop with 3rd pair if I was fairly confident of getting a fold. I guess limping in indicates villain is probably weak and therefore could fold but is that enough info to base that decision on?
