the Villain was a Tight Agressive (14/9) with 7,7% 3Bet i thought that he would be very suspicious if i keeping betting in that board and would 3bet me a Lot of Ax,Kx,Qxs.

Do you guys think i should check and control the Pot keeping his bluffing hands that he would think it was value(like the hands i quote above)?

In general I would cbet smaller. Cbet is fine in a way that either villain should not really have pocket pairs as those should be easy 3bet shoves preflop. So aim would be to deny equity and get weaker A high to call.

Versus shove you are committed as J actually wouldn't often shove and there is some chance you are good plus A and Q are likely outs.

I would Cbet around 250 in position and call a shove. Tough for villian to represent a decent hand after the call pre-flop and the flop is dry.
