BB is 40/20/10 bad regular with heavy tilt issues. After losing 2 stacks he tends to go on rampage reraising ridiculously loose with absolute trash hands. CO is a stonecold 25/15/5 solid regular capable of reraising/shoving 100% :Kx: :Kx: when the situation fits it. Cold-calling the 3-bet? Fold against the 5-bet?

I think it's bit too strong hand to fold. So question is if we want to cold 4bet or call? Probably fine either way as default. If CO would be 3betting actively it would lean more toward 4bet. But he seems pretty tight. Also with read of BB tilting call is probably more likely to induce some sort of spew.

So I would say there are many factors leaning it toward call and once we call we are not folding to any action imo.

if you love to flop, nh.
if you cant stand the swings, fold vs CO 3bet

As BB has not yet acted, we shouldn't think CO is 3betting light there. In position we can cold call 3bet with that hand, and if BB comes along we just get it in 3-4 way.

As BB is our target player on the table, no reason to make low EV 4bet to make him fold.
