Yes I fold vs check-raise all in on river because more players nitty, slowplay than aggressive so I don't think he bluff here

Nitty is quite the word for it! Why would opponent just flat call the nut full house? Was he afraid you had Quads?

Maybe, he has just call 3bet without position kings preflop and check-call river. I see in another hand and another player no go all in on river with nut straight flush (just call re-raise in position)!

I would most likely bet the river around 50c for value with the flush. Not sure why villain just called the river with KK.

I would have c-betted the flop though on this paired board, you will get a lot of hands to fold with just your A-high and if they call, you still have good outs to actually make a hand.

I actually don't mind a check on the flop IP. Players are sticky in 3bp with pp and especially on paired flops.
But I also don't mind a bet, you are ahead of all villains broadways. On the flop if I take out all of villains pp and some off suit hands I come up with this:

QTs+, JTs, AdQd, AsQs, AcQc, KdQd, KhQh, KsQs, AdJd, AsJs, AcJc, KdJd, KhJh, KsJs, AdTd, AsTs, AcTc, KdTd, KhTh, KsTs, AdQh, AdQs, AdQc, AsQd, AsQh, AsQc, AcQd, AcQh, AcQs, AdJh, AdJs, AdJc, AsJd, AsJh, AsJc, AcJd, AcJh, AcJs, AdTh, AdTs, AdTc, AsTd, AsTh, AsTc, AcTd, AcTh, AcTs, KdQh, KdQs, KdQc, KhQd, KhQs, KhQc, KsQd, KsQh, KsQc
