I think last night will go down in highstakes history.
I was railing the ftp PLO40k on and off for several hours yesterday, and cole south and gus hansen were in an epic 4-tabling battle, i believe it started HU and was then 3 and 4-handed for several hours. the stacks started getting huge, and at one table gus had steadily been winning massive pots and had a 700k stack when i went to bed. I believe cole south was losing at that point. apparently they continued playing, gus' stack reached 900k with 300k on another table, but cole had started winning and had stacks of 550k and 400k.
cole south then won a $450k pot, which is completely insane for PLO40k.
colse south went on to have over 2m spread over the tables. that's all i know. i think cole quit and gus kept on playing.
