T, as played, you could check-call. I don’t like a large bet here. You don’t have nut advantage, there are no FDs available (no need to deny equity), board is paired so OESD will fold. Even AT might fold in this spot.
QQ+ would have 4betted, which leaves you basically aiming at jacks.

R is not a good card for a 3rd barrell jam. It completes the OESD on the off chance that he was calling turn bet.

Preflop - you can easily make it 13-15bb - it shouldn't make big difference for him if its recreational
Flop - bet bigger. You want to charge all those pockets and broadways with backdoors.
On river its mandatory shove, if he has it he has it. Especially as you think he wont shove QQ which means you cut your EV with AA a lot.

PF: I think it does make a difference because a competent player will adjust his calling range If you make it bigger, so you end up making him fold worse hands that would’ve called otherwise. The fact that he won’t play his cards so face up (i.e will play better post-flop) is another reason to consider your willingness to make an exploitative change.
If we are talking about this specific hand and not a range, he should not make it bigger because it’s really easy to counterexploit.

Well played. Bigger bet OTF. Up to 65%. Without very specific reasons bet bet bet on every street. Never change this on the microstakes just because your aces got cracked once or a few times in a row. This is poker. It happens

I don't think there are to many competent players on NL2. Otherwise they would play higher limits. Most players on NL2 doesn't pay attention to bigger sizes with good hands I think.
