V is a tight player. Not sure I bet big enough? But given my hand, there isn't much for V to call with except smaller pp or gut shots or the nutz. Thoughts?

GG Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

BTN: $1.35 (67.5 bb)
SB: $2.00 (100 bb)
Hero (BB): $3.59 (179.5 bb)
CO: $0.61 (30.5 bb)

SB posts $0.01, Hero posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has K♦: T♥:
2 folds, SB raises to $0.06, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.12, 2 players) K♣: Q♦: K♥:
SB checks, Hero bets $0.04, SB calls $0.04

Turn: ($0.20, 2 players) J♦:
SB checks, Hero bets $0.07, SB calls $0.07

River: ($0.34, 2 players) A♠:
SB checks, Hero bets $0.12, SB raises to $0.70, Hero?

I prefer bets for minimal half pot. After this action on river we only split or lose here, we block some combo potential kings full, maybe he check-call with QQ, JJ or AA (everything possible on nl2).
I don't except he bluffs here with this line postflop.

I am probably folding river, that is a pretty big check raise, and not many have the ballz to do it without the nutz.

I had ballz once, I triple barrelled shoved air in a multi way 3bet pot on a paird board where flush completed, V had 9999, he didn't need ballz, he already had some. I realise now, what I didn't then, this version of 2nl is going to give me some trouble.

Pre flop yes, on the flop many more 9s. And my perceived monster ballz range didn't help me fold him, I think that was the easiest call down of his life.

Hard to find the fold when you block full houses with the K♦:.
Also with the small bet you could induce a bluff and that makes it harder to give villain credit for better I think as well.

It's 4-handed, it's blind vs blind. I go big on flop and probably even overbet turn.

As played, it's kind of difficult on the river because it's NL2 and because you bet so small. The range of hands to make a raise like he did should be polarized - either very strong hands (full-house+ in this case) or complete air. Given your very small sizes on flop and turn, he could have some complete air hands. This is why you make it difficult for yourself by going so small.

Now I also don't know what to do. We block full-houses, we have a straight. He might just play AA likes this. As played, I don't think I'm folding river. He could just have a hand like 77 that he turns into a bluff here. If he has AA, congratulations.

AA seems unlikely. I would expect AA would Cbet the flop most of the time. Off course on NL2 you never know.

What tight player does this with 77? The nits don't really spazz on ggp, they drop those kinda hands. I can see TT calling down, but raising, I don't know, maybe.

For sure a hand like 77 arrives on the river as played. I don't know what they turn into a bluff there vs such small bets, might aswell be 77.

What strong hands do you have that take the line and sizing you chose?
