No info on V. I also made my 4b a bit smaller, should I have done that? On the flop I had it stuck in my mind that he flatted with QQ, I know I shouldn't think this way, but that is what I was thinking during the hand. Thoughts?

call river, I dont mind the 4 bet size a little big looks like 2.5 but you are OOP. The only thing you could do on flop is give a 1/4 or 1/4 stab as with your cold 4 bet, you hold all the AA and KK, pretty much at this pot. I also don't see V checking all the way to river if he made a set on flop. IMO

I am calling river as well. Seems like a split pot. I expect V to bet his flush draws at some point so it will be hard to put him on a flush here. Otherwise i agree with your postflop line. You could try a bet 1/3 OTT as V is clearly showing weakness but check isnt that bad either

I rarely play 4 bet pots, only recently became comfortable in 3 bet pots, there's so much 3 betting going on its become the norm. When I 4 bet I expect either a fold or a 5 bet/ 5 bet shove. Ranges by this point are so narrow. I am surprised sometimes when someone form MP shows up with 99 or TT or sometimes the BB will have something like AJs and is all in vs my QQ+
So when V flats, its like, okay KK would push and so would AA, and I have a A and a K so you might not have that, QQ pushes or flats as I've seen this lots in 3bet pots as well as JJ. I don't think V has a flush here ever, so its either a set of QQ or AK or JJ bluffing. And I don't think JJ would pot.
I'm looking at the hand now in a solver, I know, I'm a lowly 2nl player, but its apparent I need all the goddam help I can get xD
Like Drifter says "solver says call" I did not :pcuser:

You seem like a very nitty player. You feel comfortable playing aggressive only the top of your range. This could be turn against you quite easly. You will be torn apart out of bluffs on the higher stakes. Change this if you want to be successful and winning player!

This.

We should continue with aggression post-flop on this board, we have all the big hands. AA/KK/QQ/AQs. Even from an optimal perspective it's a c-bet on the flop. Add to this that players on NL2 are generally folding too much to c-bets and you have a super clear c-bet spot on this flop.

When we do decide to check the flop and see a check back, we should not stab the turn in my opinion. In this scenario we just try to get AK to showdown because it has good showdownvalue. We have little fold equity once we show weakness on the flop. TT/JJ might fold to your flop c-bet, but they're not folding to a turn stab in my opinion. You don't 4-bet KK and then check this flop. Your line makes no sense if you're going to stab turn. Especially with ranges this narrow.

As played, on the river we have a clear bet though. Here I would lead around $0,40 and fold to a shove. When we check again as played, river is a check/call even vs pot-size bet.

From my perspective the best line here is: c-bet flop (25% pot), check/fold turn, bet 1/3th pot river/fold.
The 2nd best (and we can mix both lines) is: check/fold flop, check/fold turn, bet 1/3th pot river/fold.

Yeah I need a poker make over, I play a 21/16 with 3bet of 5, looking at it now, from sept last year to now, I've gotten more passive. I'm not 3 betting enough. Hell I'm not raising enough. Post flop aggr is 25, I don't know if that's good or bad. After 87k hands I am down $2.

Yeah I played this really bad, I couldn't get it outa my head that he had a set, but looking back at it now, its clearly a bet on the flop and the way its played a call on the river.
