It's a prop bet. I'm saying I'm gonna flip for straight and hopefully the villain has a flush draw.

Well, after the rake, your "move" is only 4-5bb profit, max ..Imo...With nuts OTF, you can do better , I think. Against fish (SB call), with broadway straight..I mean on this board very often the people have "something"..Something to call with..A standard bets, not shove..The broadway straight is a "massive profit", that's why K9o is much weaker than KTo..At least 40/100 difference in long run. Which is huge...I think it's a spew...At least 5bb..

It's not a mistake "in vacuum", but the best play. You should be not angry at me :f_biggrin:. Saying that...

If you guys played GGP cash drops pots, it’s a shove festival right ? So the villain understood my language immediately as it was a snap call on flop. I’m supposed to have something like AT or AJ though.

Why did you post this hand? "Hand discussions for No Limit"...Ok, "well done", "nice hand"...What to talk? You should post your thoughts in the description..And that's it...

What's wrong with good times? The game is supposed to be fun.

Really weird shove on the flop I think. It would be even a spot I would fold draws if I would be in villains shoes.
With a flush draw villain needs to hit to win and it's not worth it I think to take flip with only 2bb invested. Also with the A♣: on the flop it's less likely villain has a good flush draw.

Cheers,

Some players on ggp still don't know what's happening when it happens, I opened Q4o utg and the table folded...another time everyone shoved :f_biggrin:
The first time I saw it I was like why is there already 10bb in the pot???
These are fun because everyone is bluffing like crazy to win them.

You still can use hand history. To make notes for the regulars..Will be time consuming, but this is an edge..They probably don't do that...Probably they never used a HUD. most of them...

You can buy some "extras" for GG as well .. Free for NL25 :f_biggrin:

Indeed, the villain does have the nut flush draw and the nut straight draw. If you pay attention to the texture, it's quite coordinated, and action oriented.

If you play at 4 tables, your PVI factors goes down...Also if you play fast...You must "take your time" then...In an other networks is different...The opposite...If you play fast and at more tables, they give you more rake back...You work for them. On "salary"...
GG, .you pay $1000 rake, they give you a RB for $360...

A Cash Drop amount ranges from an additional 10 big blinds up to even 600 big blinds added to the pot. Larger Cash Drops are divided and directly added to each player’s stack. Just like in the Bad Beat Jackpot, 1 big blind is collected from every pot that equals or is larger than 30 big blinds.

It sucks then...You should be careful with the bets :f_biggrin:...And play tight...Slow and tight, how this is possible :f_biggrin: It's not...But you must play fast for this "cash drops"...Clever guys...If you are a reg, a "pro", you will pay more rake..You can't have a good win rate, if you play many small pots. You play rare (VPIP), but the pot often is larger than 30bb...They are so clever...

I just played this one but it's very common for me to get called by something like A5o in these spots.

lol...But actually this over shove is "incorrect" (his 3bet)..If the added blinds are 10...With AJs is better to open shove, because if you raise and someone shove, will be weird, "guessing". Must be call, but with many hands, which they use for resteal shove (in MTT), they will call here vs OR...Vs some "standard raise"...Shove is better...Limp with weak hands, shove with PP and mainly Ax..Many people do like KQo for shove, but I think it's bad...Also KJs, KTs, suited broadways, suited connectors...It's not a good shove, I think, you need an Ace, "no Ace , no raise" :f_biggrin: or PP..With the other hands you can use a standard raise (can be bigger) or open limp...
Also you pay a rake here...You must look for regs. They will fold a lot..And then you can shove with suited broadways and connectors...
