I joined the poker room with the promotion I got through PokerStrategy, but I can't seem to find the tournament I got a ticket for. Is there any parameters I need to set?

Hi Metamorphis,
there was a glitch in an internal server update on WPT Global's side today which made them restart their server.
Tournaments are now available again - also those for $5 Buy In. Specifically for the WPT they are called "$22 WPT..." or "$55 WPT..." which is the value of the target ticket - but BI is $5.

Hi I signed up at wpt global for the 5 free but forgot to put in code I think user name used was canplay75 thanks 4 the help happy Thanksgiving and have a great day

Nobody in the forums has access to account information.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
If the problem can be fixed, the customer service people can do it.

Is the WPT welcome promotion over? It says on the WPT website the promotion ended on 31 october
