I just went through all the settings, but I did not see such a setting.
I didn't test this, but try switching off "Smart Focus" if it is on.

Also, streamers might have set the streaming window size so that the green border is outside the streamed area.

Let us know if you find a solution ...

Ask the streamers. Most of them use a 3rd party software for hotkeys when they play in multiple rooms.
Check out Jurojin, it's free.

Good point — I didn't think of that, even though I use Autohotkey myself

Hi,

GGPoker App is very unstable for me. What happens is the tables get blank and I see only a little loading icon. Sometimes for a few seconds, somestimes minutes. Sometimes one of the tables, sometimes all of them. It is not an internet issue. Internet is fine, can play on Stars in parallel without an issue.

I happens very often, I lose hands because of it. And on my Android its even worse.

Anyone have this issue? Can it be fixed or is the App just unreliable?

Playing from Germany btw, maybe that has something to do with it?

Hi SneakyWombat,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

That is the first step — they'll be able to tell what — if anything — went wrong.

Is there still a way to 'sit out at the next big blind' option on a single table (talking about regular tables cash games if that matters)? After the update when GG got the 'global sit out' feature, I don't see that option anymore. Is it hidden somewhere, or it's lost forever? How do I quit a single table, if I want to keep playing on the rest?

see above - I assume it is to make it easier for anyone to finish games. if you don't want to play a specific table you still can "move table". I know, that is not the full usecase you want but still not horribly off.

I was permanently banned after creating my first account. I can only assume it has something to do with the account name I choose when creating it. As you can see, I like to push boundaries. I just found out about the Honeymoon missions, that one of the challanges (day 26) is to win a bounty houter tournament in a calendar day, which I do not find fair. At the FAQ section ( https://help.ggpoker.com/article/24645-honeymoon-it-says-on-the-webpage-that-missions-will-be-easy-is-this-true) it is written that:

Honeymoon - It says on the webpage that missions will be 'easy' is this true?
Yes, however as the value of prizes goes up missions may become more challenging, however, they will all be simple to understand and complete.

It is not at all 'simple to complete' and it was nowhere written, what will be the exact challanges. They mentioned simple tasks as 'Play 50 Holdem hands' or such, this is nowhere close at all. I am at day 22 now and I am curious what dispute options do I have.
