Probably, they seem a bit loose they don't really look like decent tags so they might still peel the c-bet there with pocket pairs.
Just try and check/fold it down if called however unless you know they react to you checking by randomly betting with anything (like turning worse PP into bluffs without realizing it and stuff), in which case you can maybe talk yourself into calling a river bet if you're heads-up.
