Not progress to report, neither in terms of bankroll, nor in terms of game improvement.
I find it difficult to concentrate on working on my game.
It is so much easier to play and click buttons.
I review the occasional marked hand, watch or rewatch some videos. That's all.

I am currently getting my ass handed to me at the reg tables at ACR. Blitz tables feel way softer. Not clear why that is the case, or if it is only variance.
I am currently moving back and forth between Chico and ACR. Chico is not bad at the reg table, just the timebank is really short and I get timed out all the time playing a max of 4 table. The Boost tables do not work with the HUD and I just feel more comfy when I have it. It is also more complicated for hand review and bookkeeping when playing the Boost tables.

KK seems standard to me. I would size up turn bet more into region of 4$ just to make turn and river bets closer to each other sizing wise.

In QJ I doubt there is really point to raise turn. Our hand does improve into trips but lot of villain value range is actually beating us and it's perhaps questionable if weaker are willing to continue versus x-r. If villain used small bet we might want to raise but as he goes fairly big call should be better.

I am not displeased with the results of the last couple of week. I ran about 10 buy-ins below EV.
Quality of game and progress? I do not know. Sitting at a table full of solid aggressive players, I feel very insecure and like the fish at the table, which I probably am.

Did not see that villain was in the hand, I would have otherwise folded preflop here.
As it played out, saw no reason to bet the flop, yes I have an OESD, but the board is much better for villain.
Now we bet, would have called any reasonable XR here
On the river, I pondered a bit regarding the sizing, eventually it did not matter as villain made the XR we want to see.

Uneventful reporting period. Ran under EV for the tracked hands and terribly under EV on BOL where there is no tracking. Overall, I am not displeased with my game as it is.
However, I realize that I may need to change something BIG to take the next step. I would rather play less with more focus. But on the other hand I fear that the reduced volume will increase variance on the same time scale. Consequently, any improvement may be masked by the results. Yes, we should not be results oriented, but how do we correctly asses improvement?

This is so effing disgusting. I am the most stupid poker player there is. Not a single session without punting a stack. Either at the beginning or at the end of a longer uneventful grinding session. Just f.....g clicking buttons. To be more exact, clicking the "call" button when villain donkshoves 5x pot and Just a little bit of attention for example looking at stats and betting line would have told me that more likely than not, villain has a big hand.

thanks for asking. My mental state is indeed very unstable, mainly due to professional issues. Poker is not only a hobby for me, apparently also a way to distract from such issues. Of course it affects results in a negative way. One big challenge is actually not to play when not capable of playing the A game, whatever that is.
Like today in the morning, punted two stacks in situations where paying attention to villains would have prevented at least some of the loss.
Other than that, I feel like I am making some progress. Very slow though

I stated the month of June on a severe downswing. Played my usual calling station poker before I was able to take a step back and reset myself.
Now I am grinding my way back. BR looks a little worse than I actually played, because I payed some poker related expenses from my online Bankroll.

The month ended as it started, results-wise. Game-wise, I played somewhere around by B-game. Not highly focussed, but also not many big mistakes.
I travelled to the US for a couple of days and had the opportunity to play at Hustler Casino in LA for the first time ever. I actually liked it a lot better than Bicycle or Commerce. The layout is nice. Much better than the immense rooms found there. Competition is diverse, from the old hand, young online reg, retirees , tourists like myself, punters.

Up and down last couple of week. To be correct it was first down then up. Halfway I started whining a little on the forums and that was followed by a nice upswing. At the same time I played slightly less and spent a little more time in reviewing some hands and posting some hands BEFORE starting to play.

Invested in GTOW for a month.
Not a bad choice. It gives me good feed-back on the quality of my play. By analyzing whole sessions, I have identified some spots where I regularly err in my play.
Several preflop errors, not only due to my strategy and anges which go more by RYE guidelines
Quite a bit of turn give-ups where I should not and bets where I cannot expect to be called by worse.
Especially the latter in cases where I can be glad to win right away, but the X line might be +EV. Especially in OOP cases it will be tough, because one is always glad to take down the pot in those spots.

I will probably stream a little tonight, by default I speak German, but will be glad to switch to English on demand

I have recently started streaming occasionally some of my sessions. I dont have any viewers, except a loyal german follower, but I think, as l0ng as I am not distracted by technical issues, it helps me to focus on my game and decision making.
maybe I will also get some feedback. So far only a couple of people commented on it.
