Bu vs Co with 100b I get stacked if you don´t have any reads on villain. That´s standard play.

Standard play indeed. Off course villains 4bet looks inducing, but with 2 blockers to KK+ you flipping most of the time or you dominating villain.

Without any data from opponent, this is the standard play, because of most of times there is coin flipp. There could be a aggressor and CO vs. BTN-battle, BTN 3-bet is not so strong in my option and some one(CO) could 4-bet semibluff here with :Ax:s or pocket pairs.
