Hello. How to play this hand postflop? I had not much information about MP...

Preflop: Hero is SB with K:h, K:c.
MP2 raises to $0.20, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.58, BB folds, MP2 calls $0.40.
Which range can get MP? 66+, ATs+, KQs, QJs, ATo+, KQo?

Flop: ($1.25) A:c, 9:c, J:d (2 players)
Hero bets $0.90, MP2 calls $0.90.
On flop I contibet or not? I think I have fold equity and Equilator give me a coin flip with the above range...

Turn: ($3.05) 2:h (2 players)
Hero ????
Turn gives a blank. Must I continue agression and bet for value and protection? Or trying to control pot?

you can 3-bet bigger pf.
I think MP range is wider than 66+, ATs+, KQs, QJs, ATo+, KQo, but it depends a lot of player style
he could have there flushdraw, but I´d just c/f turn- he is most likely holding A and doesn´t fold it to your turn bet
