Opponent reg 31/20/1vpip/pfr/agg raise Flop will be OK here?, or is it better to just call and play more under pot control, because there are a lot of hands that spoil our board a lot? if we just call Flop, 4 on the Turn doesn't change much, we raise after his bet and what if he goes all in?

3x raise in position seems big enough on the flop for value and protection, but with blocking 2 sets it will be tough to get away.
Also if you would call the flop I would call the turn as well and call villain down on most rivers. This way you keep the variance lower. If you would raise the turn it's less likely villain would stack of with a draw with 1 card to come.
