Player is regular but from stats he is nearly b/e and he raise with weird size. His 3bet is 6%. Preflop call/fold/all in preflop? Postflop I think standard line.

Shoving pre-flop would be fine as well with 2 blockers to KK+. Folding would be insane I think.
Post-flop is pretty standard, but I would try to get value on the turn already with a 1/3 bet to get it in on the river.
If villain has something like a draw you get maybe still action and on the river it will be tougher to get value I think and you're small bet looks like a value bet. If you would bluff you would make it more most likely.
