I cannot launch the GGpoker app on pc or laptop. But It works on mobile phone. Does anyone have the same issue ?
Hi no1care,
I had that problem earlier today.
It appeared to be caused by stale dns entries.
Re-starting my router did not work.
This worked for some people:
Spoiler
1. Right-click the Start button (the Windows logo in the lower-left).
2. Choose Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows Powershell (Admin).
3. When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
Note: If you are asked for an administrative login, you will need to contact your system administrator.
4. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
5. Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
6. Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
7. Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
8. Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
9. Restart the computer.
the flush dns worked for some players
In my case, I changed the dns servers to 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4
If you know how to do that, give it a try.
If not, try the instructions in the spoiler
i am on the same boat, yesterday was working just fine.

same same, tried reinstall, delete everything, nothing helps, probably just need to wait for another update
From GG's discord help channel
For Windows users please open Task Manager and "End Task" on the GGNet process and if that doesn't work, reboot.
This worked for me, and I did not need to reboot
To open task manager, right-click on the task bar and choose "Task Manager"

tried that as one of the first things but no luck, it seems like it works again now.
i make it by reinstall GG and remove all files from program files after uninstall and it works
Yeah.
Same thing keeps happening with me all the time.
I have no idea why they don't fix it.
I often uninstall and install again and it works fine. But obv this is not an ideal solution.
It started happening again with the recent update (when the start splash changed to Elky flipngo Mi11ionaire).
Flushdns works -for the first time.
-You have to reset everything and restart the computer each time, GG poker starts up the first time then it messes up again and won't start the second time after you close it.....
Try running it isolated in a firewall, sandbox. Then it limits some of the new buggy features they add to the client and that is how it works for me.
-I have Comodo firewall. Right click GG -''run in COMODO container'', and it works....
Hi there. I am glad to hear your issue has resolved itself. If it reoccurs please send an email to help@ggpoker.com and we will try find a fix.
