After yesterday's downswing which brought me to 249$ and another long session which was full of badbeats left me with 249$ I went on tilt and went to play HU NLHE and PLO and lost a lot. Big hit for me and now I will try to deal with my anger and my tilt and my pride and respect the BR management and you guys who gave me such good articles which I've read 100 times and still doing the same basic mistake. (BR management).
So now off again to grinding:

i think you should stick to SnGs / MTTs your BR goes down when you play cash games lol. (i'm the same)
