Is it possible to install card layout without previous installation of table layout? If so, how to do that, because I don't have folder ".../Full Tilt Poker/Graphics/Table/Elements", and I only have "C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\NewTable\RaceTrack\Elements", where pasting layout files doesn't work.
