After yesterdays maintenance normal PLO tables have now 7-seats instead of 6. Played one short session and it feels quite different now. Main things to be taken into account or just have to play little bit tighter?

Holdem Manger not updated yet. It shows 7 seats in replayer but 7th position not added to positional view yet.

My initial thought is that things don't change a lot preflop. Just treat new UTG as old UTG, and other positions like they were. I will run a sim this weekend to see if anything dramatically changes, but probably not.

Postflop there will be a bit more multiway pots especially at lower stakes, so we have to be a bit more careful with post flop continuation ranges. More players, higher chance for nuts and strong hands.

Played another session and noticed that much more limping from UTG and UTG+1 and calls after limps than before. And of course small stack gamblers as always. Had bad feeling on turn and cashed out. Do I remember correct that before hand export from HM3 showed also cash-outs?

Curious about your simulation of 6 handed vs. 7 handed Kyyberi!

Smart to do that when it feels right for you. (less tilt inducing in my experience)
Wouldn't be the first time that people lose with 90%+ chance of winning... (bu in this case, it was a very small pot though)

I posted the results to somewhere, apparently not here. :f_drink:

New UTG was a bit tighter, around 13-14% RFI. Other positions are quite similar to 6max. Same thing when we go from 6max to 5max, no dramatic changes anywhere.

Why would it be any different beside new UTG position in anteless game anyway?
