Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
SB ($115)
BB ($101)
Hero ($117)
UTG+1 ($100)
CO ($78.60)
BTN ($106)

Dealt to Hero 7♠ 8♠

Hero raises to $3, UTG+1 calls $3, fold, fold, fold, fold

FLOP ($7.50) 3♥ 8♦ 3♣

Hero bets $5, UTG+1 raises to $13, Hero raises to $33, UTG+1 raises to $97 (AI), Hero folds

UTG+1 wins $70.50

Villain was a 20/18 Tag with 6,2 3bet and 4,5 AF (10K Hands).
His RaiseCbet was 21%.

If I was villain I would probably at least float or raise this flop with my entire range. I dont represent much since I can cbet morst of my range(maybe entirely) there. So I would prob raise a cbet of a TAG there (most NL100 Tags wont rebluff imo).
He seems to be quite understanding so I decide to rebluff the flop representing a good overpair like TT+ and hoping he folds since the only hand that can push/call my raise is 88(very unlikely since 2 8s are out already) or a 3 which I dont have in his range(maybe 33 but thats it). I would guess he even folds 99 after my raise.

What do you think about this spot?

Thank you.

once he raises he likely holds there overpair (99+)JJ+
I´d just b/f flop, people dn´t make moves on paired low boards against utg raise

I dont really think he has a premium Overpair. Cause he would likely 3bet QQ+ and maybe float JJ/TT but not raise/shove.

i would just call this small raise. why do you 3 bet, you wouldnt do it with a really good hand, right? i call and reevaluate the turn.

Her can have a premium pair that traped you preflop. Other then that it's hard for him to hit that board as well as it is for you. I sometimes c/c flop c/c turn c/f river vs the right opponent. I might also b/c flop c/ reevaluate turn. Don't really liek reraising cause you wouldn't do it here with a single value hand.
