for the first time in this challenge i hit the 2k bankroll mark.

almost like in the last period i was able to reach some final tables, but again without a victory

but i also managed to nail a 3-digit win as well that saved the + in terms of profit for this time

oh dear! this was nearly exciting and entertaining as actually playing it. i am very curious of my personal outcome. as GG paused and rescheduled the event last week, i was given a new ticket with an appropriate expiration date to late register as max as possible. today was the day and what should i say... i was observing the lobby carefully at all times for changes in the late registration time. at some point the clock switched to only 1 minute left and i immediatly hit the button and confirmed registration.

that worked out but nothing happend then. no table was opened up. a quick search through the player list showed that i was actually really in.

after another 5 minutes i was able to take my seat and saw the sobering message.

i am now waiting for how my case will be handled concerning refund as the "moment of disruption" was probably before i registered. i am afraid that i will not be given anything, even not for the used but useless ticket as it was an promotional ticket only. does anybody have any experiences for such case.

surprise! i do not understand the refund amount though. i would have expected some uneven value due to the refund policy description. also i do not understand why tax is raised for a refund. but honestly: i do not care as this is some free bonus money and i am happy that i got anything at all. thanks GG.

That sounds indeed very interesting. What are those other scripts Untiltable is referring to?

Untiltable is refering to the code i rapidly scripted for his issue that was linked here before.

finally the first version of my so called PokerCraft Extensions is released. i have submitted to the microsoft edge addon store and it is now in verification process. i will provide the link as soon as it passed.

as said earlier the only feature so far are UI extensions for My Tournaments page to toggle Flip- or Go-Stages if listed at all.

so why did it take so long to implement this tiny feature. first of all i had to learn how to code some extension at all. it turned out that this is fairly easy. additionally i wanted to provide a good user experience and reliable functionality. the main work was to find hooks in PokerCraft and appropriate extension capabilities to inject code.

i will just describe the very first hurdle here. it is possible to inject code for arbitrary URL patterns. therefore my naive approach to extend My Tournaments page was to hook into

 https://my.pokercraft.com/tournament* 

this works as long as you call it directly. but PokerCraft is some kind of single page application launched with a different URL and navigation is done via client-side routing. that means when launching from the poker client my extension did not kick in. finally i hooked into the context root and implemented some navigation observer to enable injection of different code for different pages in PokerCraft.

depending on the number of target rows it could quite take some time to toggle them all. i have added some page blocker with a simple progress that is updated while toggling rows. this is implemented to be usable by all kind of future operation as well.

some needs to find some good balance between how many rows will be toggled in one cycle before updating the progress. i have added an option for that. the more rows you toggle the less responsive the UI will become. on the other hand toggling row by row will take more time compared to bulk processing.

and last but not least some possibility to support me and the development of this extension

for the next release i plan to add some footer to the tournement list summarizing selected entries. my final goal is to have that ROI shown without the limitations of currency alignments. e.g. one idea is to use some currency conversion service api to get conversions for the tourneys actual dates with some manual options as fallback.

feel free to ask for and request additional features you would like to be added.

again it is time for some update. looks like this period has been the most profitable so far. but that should not be overstated as a big part of the profit originates from the GGMasters disaster. lucky me. but even though i was able to generate some nice profit without gold medals.

once more GGPoker was generous and droped a ticket for free. another five $10 Super Sunday - Vegas Edition Ticket are on the way as i opted in for another deposit promotion (just to mention here: deposits are discounted from my bankroll and will be withdrawn from time to time).

luck was also on my side when i entered the german special shootout before last week. unfortunately due to switch to/from daylight saving time last week the tourney was resheduled and finally canceled as not enough players registered.

this is the list of tickets i have up on my sleeve at pokerstars. much potiential for some nice br boost.

PokerCraft Extensions needed to take another round in the review process as i did not provide testing instructions that were required by some policy. as i am not able to provide test account/credentials it is possible that the extension will not make it to the store. in that case i will create a github project and make the source code available. anyone interested can then manually add the extension to the browser.

i did not check that before. but did it just now and was not able to find the line you are refering to. i even was not able to find the word "craft" at all. not in the .de t&c nor in the .com t&c. maybe i should just ask the support.

another number report. it is only one week since the last update and not much happened. i was the bubble boy in the $25 satellite from above. retrospectively i just did a stupid call with my last hand. even if i was the actual favorite it was a very bad call considering ICM and i deserved it.

only one screenshot this time.

i think the time has come again for some gold medal. let us see what the next episode will bring.

regarding PokerCraft Extensions: it has failed the third round of the certification process.

that is simply not true but i do not have the energy, time nor incentive for a discussion and explanation. ill go the other way even if that is costlier for users.

here are the numbers to keep up the challenge. currently i am at a very low point on my motivation scale. one aspect is the absence of success. it is been a very long time since my last gold medal. another aspect definetly is the season switch. for me now is the most enjoyable time of the year and i like to be outside instead of sitting in front of a screen with poker tables open and clicking buttons.

switched to fast entertaining formats like mystery battle royal and spin & gold to collect some points, maintain status and keep up the challenge. still no motivation to play longer sessions. caught one of those 3.5% bounties.

mandatory update. the volume continues to decrease as it is getting nicer outside.

sometimes there is nothing to stop one from winning it all. this guy took every bounty in this $3 MBR and on top at least 4 of them where gold ones. incredible.

i did a mistake on my last update and forgot to substract the latest bonus deposit from my bankroll. i have corrected the numbers.

I've been playing a bit more lately, signed up for a few tournaments, and my bankroll has increased. Now that the temperatures are dropping, I'll probably start playing more regularly again. Time will tell. I still have a few tickets I need to use soon. It's a good time to get back into the swing of things.

I also like to play Skat very much. Preferably live. Are there non-German people here that (a) know this game and (b) even play it?
