This one open CO, BU call, BB squeeze, I call, BU 4bet and we get it in 3way. Kinda nasty because if BU 3bets or BB does not go crazy with crappy ds hand I would have lost way less. But once it goes as it did my hand plays itself.
I thought to start a bit of weekly content for my YT channel where I could review other players hand histories, session recordings or similar stuff. This would be for free of charge for now at least. So if people are interested feel free to post here.

Somewhat losing day now. On big part because of this dirty beat. MP open, CO 3bet, I 4bet and we go 3way on flop with SPR 1.6 or so. Checked to me and I bet small 1/4 pot. MP folds and CO call. Turn CO lead shoves which was super weird line to take. Maybe I should just fold as these seems to be often just value. But yeah KQ blockers, AA and well NFD at this point was not great.
Amyway my small bet achieved what was designed but villain hits nasty two outer.

Something potentially got inflamed on my neck area. Started yesterday with some pain when turning head to left. Today can barely turn to any direction... Well I guess if it won't get better in few days need to visit doctor.
Have not played at all because of the neck situation. Thought its probably not great to be sitting for hours. Question is if I should try to be more ergonomic. I do have work chair but my way of seating might not be that great. Also table is pretty tough to adjust having desktop computer and screen on it. Could perhaps look for some small elertrically adjusting table.
Anyway neck does start to feel better so probably back to table tomorrow. Today is sauna day and dont usually work at it. Well to be exact not poker related working. Previous week was doing some "kulotus" (burning dry grass) and its nice to go to sauna afterward when you have heavy smoke smell on you
Just played deposit 50€ and get 25 1€ spins offer. After free spins I had 150€ profit that after spinning 150 times with 1€ price realized into 66€ or so profit. They probably just want you to keep playing at the cashgame tables, as the rake you generate is valuable for them. So they give you bonuses to make sure you play at their casino. I have also had this, if you grind a lot in some poker site and generate lot of rake, they start to give good bonuses to encourage you to keep playing (they get a lot of rake then).

The mechanism is simple: freespins are just slightly -EV for the site, if you use optimal way to play them. If you play them like recreational player, it's almost EV0 for the site. So in the long run, quite cheap promotion. If you happen to win with them, or get even a near-hit, you might play them with your own money. And for most people, it actually works.

Versus another reggy player. Went for flop lead though I rarely lead in BBvsBU because ranges are so wide that there is really not flops that clearly benefit BB player. But this hand felt really nice for it as its not strong enough to x-r imo but can call versus raise when leading. Also we dont mind to get stuff to fold. Turn play make sense for villain. I were so tempted to try to rep straight flush yesterday versus reggy player but decided to just fold in the end... 
Had very nasty session few days ago. Around -1.3k€ in it. Kinda joke was I had only one plo100 and other plo50 tables... Just didnt win almost any allin even though I had at worst around 30% equity. Poker just seems to be hell session after session recently. Run super bad in allins, keep missing boards with very nice starting hands and boards run like hell. Then get crushed by players playing 80% of hands or by bit more solid one bet-calling plain nfd on KQx flop in 4way pot. My KQJT with 2nd nut fd didn't like flushing turn that went checked. Called pot river bet to see the nuts. But yeah that plain nfd betting just show such massive misunderstanding of strategy on KQ type flop.
just hard to keep believing with this run. I think it's well over 2k€ down in last week or so. That with focus on plo50 and just one plo100 table for most of time.
that sucks. i think max that i have been down is -$1k in one day, but i was well aware of what i was doing, playing my highest stakes in FL and taking shots to even higher (around $100 to $200 buy-in level cashgames). stop loss could be helpful, for example, if im down more than -$1k in one day, i quit for that day.
