Yeah it's fine to fold and call on BU and BB. Now one thing to note is if table is 3betting very rarely call does become somewhat closer as we get to realize our equity more often. But still hand being triple suited and disconnected is bad.
In passive table even in CO call becomes good. If the table is full of "good customers" (high VPIP, low aggression) I would call this from any position.
