This hand is very strong and should always be 3bet preflop. If you did 3bet I would check on this flop as beside top pair we have very little.
As played we still need to call versus this sizing. If he had potted I would not mind folding without bdfd. Or if this was 3way pot it would be fine to fold. But on HU pot it's just bit too strong. But overall it's also good you don't overvalue dry top pair.

If you have a flushdraw-blocker (even better when + additional bdfd) turning board-pair holdings with 2-3 oversidecards into a single bluff cbet is an option. Many people like to see a flop and then give up the pot uncontested when they don't hit.
