I think his small bet could be a blockbet or thin value bet with twopairs or sth like that. And i hope, that he may folds a straight, but i dont really think so.

i would bet the flop,bet the turn and usually c/f the River. To this betsize on the river i just play c/c. There are a lot of worse hand that call your flop/turn-bets.

turnplay is discussable, checking is an option though. I don't like the c/r river since I don't think he is necessarily folding 2 pair. I am simply calling because of sd value.
