I think he is floating the flop because i rarely hit the flop. The river card is ok, so he wouldn´t bet his 9 or any other pair. So he may hits the Q with his floating cards or sth like 78... Call ok?

I tend to call and fine myself often behind
if you want then you can find fold, players usually are not triple barreling there a lot of times

i dont like his turnbetsize. it just looks like:"come on, join the pot". He can hold a hand there. I usually dont see small bets, even if it is a float. Without having better reads i fold the river.

first this and second the big bet on the river makes me a little wtf....

I probably fold on the river just because of his betting pattern.
