This week I haven't been playing a lot. Got in 4 session but did manage to study 'a lot' (more than I'm used to) in the beginning of the week.
Swings are still a thing but I feel I'm getting used to it more and more. Keeping my routines with food, sleep and work outs are helping my mindset a lot.

February update

The shortest month of the year feels really special to me. Never ever would I have dreamt to take stabs at levels around NL350.
When things ran good I felt the world was at my feet, saw myself swinging in $ and doing things for family and friends. Luckily I didn't brag about it because I knew things could shift (Yh I knew but no way it would happen to me...). Off course it happend and the feeling was the worst. All of a sudden I wasn't thinking about the game and how to play the hand but I was only thinking about the money.

It's on times like these I go back through the blog and look at the road in the past. Objectively speaking this rocks. Comming in with a few $ and a dream and making it to +10k. This helped to refocus on the dreamgoal (at that point of making 1k/month). Acitvely focussing on that helped me focus on the right things again. Very very happy that my last sessions things were truning around and we booked a profit for the month.

Sessions

Time spent:
Playing: 52h (had some nice long weekend sessions :) )
Study: 10.5h
Work out & meditation: 22h

:diamond: BR now: $13,378.83

March update

So March was really a pain. Went from losing to losing bigger and losing some more. After that I lost again.
Not sure I've reached the bottem atm tbh. Currently down about 6.5k wich is like half my BR.
Despite running this bad mental state seems to be okish. Safe to say I had my weak moments and a lot of frustration. Also dropping down 2 stakes is just not fun.
Tried very hard to use it as fuel to sharpen my morning routine and just try to get everything else in my life on the right tracks.

A consequence of running like this is that I don't keep my BR tracked by session. I will do it for the challenge and for monthly updates.

:spade: Result day 123/380: :spade:
:diamond: BR start: $7,500.00
:diamond: Profit challenge 2: -$726.45
:diamond: BR now: $6,773.55

Hey, very poorly atm. On the verge of being broke.
Spending lots of time on the mental side to not being result oriented but it’s way more difficult than i ever thought. So yh the challenge was not good for that part as i became way to focussed on money.
Spending the rest of the time on studying the technical part.
So all in all working my ass off and dropping money left and right. Tough times tbh...
