GGPoker Account Frozen

I have done that and received this:

Have you ever spent more than you could really afford in the last 3 months?
Have you ever felt the need to increase your bets to make up for any losses?
Has playing or thinking about it ever caused you stress or anxiety?

Without further explaination. I thought that must be a mistake and they misunderstood my email. However I replied to every point with no. As a result my account was blocked and security told me what I wrote before. After checking the forum I could find someone else that experienced the same. And he has received an email with the question above three days before the incident. So I checked my email and I have received the same email three days ago. It was in my folder with all the promotions from GG, so thats why I didnt see it. It would be nice to have something like a pop-up in the software that alerts you to something like this. However, my account is still blocked.

Now I have received this and I really dont get it:

"Due to the fact that its disclosure would be susceptible for abuse, we are not allowed to disclose how violated network rules are discovered and what activities we monitor and investigate exactly. Please note we've arrived at the conclusion based on the findings we have gathered from investigating all of your records."

I guess I know now what I´ve done. After some research I saw that it is prohibited to use a VPN connection. I use a VPN connection worl related and sometimes I forget to switch it of. I was not aware that it is not allowed and from my account you can clearly see that I am not a fraudster. @ GGPokerFeargal Is there nothing I can do? I mean I would to the verfication process again or something else

Using a VPN should not be a problem, unless you use a different country when using a VPN connection.

(I sometimes have VPN on and never encountered problems, and I guess that they would warn you first also)

Its been different country as well. But I had no advantage at all from it

Hey, did you get your withdraw any funds you had left in the account or did they seize them in the end?
