well you have a very strong hand, top 2 + nut FD + backdoor FD so I don't see why raise/4bet is a bad thing to do 200bb deep

turn T is not the nicest card but I don't think it helps much of his range so not continuing would be too weak imo.

I'm calling flop multiway. Heads up is closer, but I would still lean towards a call. It's definitely +EV to raise/4bet, but this is less +EV than using our position (and the deeeep stacks) to create better spots for us on later streets.
