Don't limp pocket pairs preflop. If you're going to open a hand in sh either raise it or fold it.

Definitely bet the flop. You want to build a pot, get value with your hand, it's 3-way, and fish will definitely call that flop (and turn) with overs, flush draws, weaker pairs.

Raise preflop, bet flop, bet turn, bet river.

This mostly, tho the bet on the flop isn't mandatory. It's pretty dry and hard for people to hit something good, so if you think there is a good chance you can trap a c-bet by CO checking to him is fine with the board crushed. When he doesn't bet you have to start getting money in, so raise the turn potsize. River is fine as played.
