with 2.4:1 and the chance of bluffing him on a :heart: river I'd make the call.

Hi,

Raise the flop to like $26 and fold to a shove, he should still have mostly stuff that he doesn't want to felt for 200bb so threaten his stack. He'll either fold or just call with those hands looking for safe turn/river cards, so you might get to see both for the price of the raise if he checks the turn to you and play it from there.
