Preflop: Hero is BB with A, K
UTG bets $0.25, 7 folds, Hero raises to $0.65, UTG calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.37) 9, 3, 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.90, UTG calls $0.90

Turn: ($3.17) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.10, Hero folds

Total pot: $3.17 | Rake: $0.21

This is a tough spot should I just check flop?

I don't think you can even get worse Aces off with a cbet on such a dry flop... but I think bet/fold and check/fold are both ok.

Also, there is no need to cbet that much on a dry flop and 3bet pot anyway.

Hi,

I'd make it around $0.8 preflop.

As played on the flop $0.75-0.80 will be enough if you wanna bet at all, as rickydaprince suggested both c-bet/folding and check/folding are fine, depending on how tight UTG is. If you don't know him go ahead and fire, if he's a tag with mostly medium pocket pairs or a bad player who has lots of trash in his 3bet-calling range, you might be better off giving up as they usually won't fold those on such a flop.
