MP3 is a regular. Sometimes he 3bet/fold turn (medium made hands I think), so I thought the best line here was call turn, C/R river.

But the pot is big, so I don't know what's the best. Protection? (if he has a pair, he has 5 outs vs my hand) Or try to get 2 more bets?

I wouldn't try to c/r the river.

The flush draw hit (and you'll be 3bet a lot) + you'll be exposed to raise turn for free showdown strategies.
Also, some weak hand such as pocket 8 or 9, or JTo could check it behind.

I do 3bet turn, bet river this one. If villain cap, I c/c the river.

I think the only thing he's raise/folding here would be 88/99 so you get value from all Ts (surely he wouldn't fold to a 3b getting nearly 1:10) etc.

Surely this has to be a 3-bet and I would start 3-betting draws in this same spot cause according to your read you could be folding better hands out here as well as getting your KK 3-bets called down more often.
