What do you suggest for BRM for SnG from $2 up to $10?
50 Bi? More? I personally think 60 BI should be OK.

50-60 should be ok... but from $10+ I recommend 100+... but it's whatever you feel most comfortable with psychologically....
Yup, I'd go with at least 70-80 buy ins for the $5 SNGs and up... especially if you're playing turbos. Doesn't hurt if you're playing with a bit more conservative BRM, but it really might hurt if you're using an aggressive BRM 
50 buy ins are fine for playing $1 and $2 SNGs
