hey hey, had a hand during a live video I recorded for ps today that was sort of interesting I think

Villain is playing 27/26 over 100 hands. We were involved in a hand earlier where I flopped top set, c/raised him on the flop bet the turn and he folded on a dryish board.

When he c/cs the flop his range screams like 2nd pair. Is 3 barrels gonna be profitable? How is bet sizing?

I would think it's good but would like an second opinion :f_p:

he has JJ-88, 7x 95% of the time.

if u have a rly aggro image, he will show QJ sometimes.

imo it depends on his wts whether u should bet this river or not. the board ran out pretty well for 99. does he realize, that this is a good turn/river for his perceived range? if yes, then bet and he will fold. if he just sees his absolute hand strength he will call without thinking too much about it.

on nl50, i guess i would not bluff turn and river cuz i would just value bet and not bluff cuz i assume they call a BIT too much :f_biggrin:

but ofc, im a nl50 fish. not much experience there ... on higher limits vs a thinking player i like barreling here, even or especially on such dry turn/river cards.

I think this is played well.

Villain will have to fold the river here a lot of times if he is not a fish.

I play on GGpoker even though it says Pokerstars. None of my hand histories will have villain stats.

Once you bet turn you should bet river.
If you think he is calldown happy then river shove makes him fold maybe even AQ
