Your mindset is one. Also, a 40 BI downswing is usually a combination of bad luck, tilt and possibly bad play. Try posting hands in the evaluation section, no point in blaming the other players for playing badly. Try to look at your own game which you can change.

Don't take this the wrong way, only my own personal opinion, but with 2x reraises before me, I would only look to check/call or check/fold QQ as your likely behind to AA, KK or AK or combination of, with two players already really interested in the pot. A straight fold is also good in this position imo.
Depends of course on type of tournament, early/middle/late stage etc and opponents/position etc. but with blinds of 15/30 im really not looking to play off stacks in that position.
Like I said, only my opinion and I'm no expert but just thought a different view might help to think about the hand a different way.

I will check /call QQ, but i have that idiot noted as "idiot", so i 4 bet him cause i know he reraise K 10 off, K J, A 10 , AJ etc.

Fair point & I appreciate that, and you read him right and were ahead, I don't dispute that. I personally however still prefer not to risk a 1,500 or whatever stack on a 15/30 blind level to a volatile player with only QQ.
Let the donkeys make their mistakes and then you can pick up the pieces later.
As the guides say, survival is everything in the early stages of a Sng, pick your spots.
I personally try to get to the bubble (or at least well into an SnG) without having risked my whole stack once, not always possible of course, but pretty effective.
Like I said my friend, just my own personal point of view, I'm not an expect and you did read him right, just a thought. Keep an open mind and try different things until you've found your own perfect strategy for the game.

Like has been said previously, you need to work on your mindset....make the psychology section your friend.
You have had your share of beats, you have also had your share of poorly played hands trying to one up these 'fucktards' as you put it. Working on not going off your head after one beat will save you plenty of future money.

Agreed, the AA was perfectly played by you imo and very unlucky.
Preflop according to PokerStrategy Equilator puts you on 81.4%.
4 in every 5 times (long term) you will win and this is very +ve EV play, however 1 in 5 times you will lose, standard, nothing is guaranteed on the turn of a card.
Don't lose heart. You will also pick up the odd suk out on other players too occasionally, but will no doubt instanteously forget it and carry on your game, just thankful to still be in. It happens.
Keep reading the strategy guides, use the PokerStrategy Equilator and ICM Trainer and post hands in the sample hands forums seeking 2nd opinions. These are all great techniques to fine tune your poker game.

Go to psychology section. i used too get very mad when other person hit a 2 outer but recently i learned just to laugh when it happens.
Don't think you have won the pot unless you have the absolute best possible hand. You have to see AA vs KK as a 80% chance to win and not 100%.
