Hi dchcxh,

I don't get why you are going broke so easily with trash, man. You have 2 OC to your pair on a multi-way flop, so in this case you shouldn't even c-bet in my opinion.

Without info on the opponents I also generally fold 88 from MP1, especially with UTG limpers.

as dandy says this is an example of overplay of a low/medium pocket pair and will cost u money.
u should only play 88 in late position or push all in from sb or bb to squeeze limpers or resteal an agressive stealer. also beware of utg limpers in general.

Hey dchcxh,

if the table was very tight I don't mind raising 88 from MP, but considering there was a limper and you got 2 callers I don't believe this was the case thus I prefer to fold preflop.

As played, you're up against 2 opponents and have 2 overcards to your PP, so that's easy c/f all the way.
