I`ve raised to .60 preflop because i consider minraise as being too weak to fold against, instead considering it 2 limps entering the pot.
The problem is what happend post-flop.. should i raise after his check as a contibet or should i also check and see if i improve ?

you should c-bet shove the flop here. Your remaining stack is less than the pot.

I think that should be your standard line vs 1 opponent

Always c-bet against only one opponent. And besides you have gut shot, 1 overcard and fold equity here, so shoving flop is +EV.
