I agree! Raise Flop is better.
520 in the pot, i'd raise to ~400 (~950 chips left in your stack, which is not much but enough to survive imo).
920 in the pot he has to call 320 which gives him odds of ~3:1 (not enough for the possible flush-draw)
if he pushs i make a crying fold i guess... a call might be ugly but for me the minbet is weakness.

If you are attacking his Blinds when you know he is loose as hell, then you should be prepared to go broke on these boards, if not you shouldn't raise AT.
Agree with this but I think I'd make it $350. If he is a fish, I don't know that he takes the odds so much into consideration when deciding whether to call. So we want to raise enough to show we can't be pushed out of the pot but not enough so that we can't get away if he shoves.
But anyway, main point is that, given his stats, you probably need to be willing to get it in here as Unam says.
