Hi,

Just don't, KQo is a really bad hand to play out of position without the initiative.

Postflop i'd usually just check/call the flop to get a c-bet from BU, but inducing a raise by donking out against a tag is fine if you know he can pull the trigger. Problem is after 9 hands you likely don't know him at all, so i wouldn't take that line to begin with and i'm not sure i'd call the river because a big heart makes up a decent part of his flop raising range.
