i feel so weak when folding that often :/

today 3 guys on 3 diffrent tables donked me at least 10 tines out of the pot and i couldn't call bc i had hands like this. (i was 50BB down ^^) after that i started calling anypair any A vs them and won nearly everytime... they made me fold that often so they tried it with 46o etc.. how can i prevent that?

my 2nd problem is that i often have PS.de player on my left (i have the better position to the fish) and after they 3-betted me 5 or more times i start making weird moves bc i believe they can't always have the better hand (and if i'm right i get rivered by them *g*) how to play them?

thats what i hate too. You think you have the innitiative but you actually dont. Most of the time in my games these players donk the flop. If they do and i hold Overcards i would certainly raise. It depends tho ..some people donk very strong made hands and others simply make a pure bluff. I think donbets by rather poor players often mean they have something for example top pair no kicker and are afraid you checkraising the preflop aggressor. Some of them probably dont even know what a check raise is

i suggest that if you have a hand that has some showdown value and you get donked you calldown just to gain information and make a little player note. Its really hard to read these bets since they can mean any hand basically. So a read is very important. By the using donkbets against strong players is very often a good play if you use it in the right spots! It really confuses thinking players
But in this situation above i would not calldown but just give up. The hand is just too junky !

you are not seriously considering calling here.
I fold this easily, but with the read you have, would bring a lot of pairs to a showdown.
